My first yogic experience was with Iyengar Yoga many years ago however it wasn’t until I tried Vinyasa Yoga that I became seriously interested. I think timing had a lot to do with it and learning the philosophy has definitely been inspirational on and off the mat. I completed 200hrs with Power Living in 2015 and now teach a variety of classes and a variety of levels on the Upper and Lower North Shore of Sydney. My students inspire me everyday to keep learning.
What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Lizard Pose – with each breath I release any stress, negativity or fatigue. I feel incredibly calm afterwards.
If you could share a meal and a conversation with anyone, dead or alive, who would that be?
It would be my 15 year old self!
What has been your most inspirational/toughest learning experience?
Being a mum is definitely inspirational and challenging…but 200hr teacher training came a close second!
