I have an extensive background in ballet and ultimately every style of dance, which allows me to sequence with a unique element of flow. I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, but enjoy incorporating meditation and tailoring my classes to a slower flow or restorative Yin style. Although I partook in yoga on and off throughout my life, I fell deeply in love with yoga in Boston, Massachusetts, after suffering an extensive groin injury from dancing. Yoga allowed me to express myself in a different and introspectively challenging way. While the physical element was what first drew me to the mat, I continued to expand my practice when I soon discovered the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. I moved from Boston to Perth in 2016 where I got my 200-Hour Certification at PowerLivingAustralia. I now share my passion for life, love and yoga with the Perth community on and off the mat.

What do you value most in others? Why?
Honesty. Being able to be true to oneself and open about that with others can be difficult in the world we live in today, but it is in raw, honest moments where beauty, power and change lie.
