Being a professional dancer for the past decade I was very lucky to find yoga! I don’t really remember my first class as many times yoga was integrated into my collegiate dance classes. Yoga did however, save my career in regards to keeping my body free from injury and also gave me a place to go without judgement and full of love. I have taken numerous classes from Bikram, Hatha, Flow, Heated, Non heated, Yin, Barre, Pilates, and Vinyasa. I was certified as a barre instructor in 2013 but when I found Power Living in 2016 I knew I wanted to share it with the world! I always leave class feeling balanced, full of life, and my cup overflowing I wanted to be able to give that feeling to others. It may not always be easy, but I promise my classes will be full of power, love, and inspiration!

What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Standing splits (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana) because it brings me back to my love for dance but is also the one posture I can find a balance of ease and effort!
What is your favourite book or movie?
I adore the movie ELF! I find myself so lost in laughter, love and the holidays! It just makes my heart happy!
What has been your most inspirational/toughest learning experience?
The Power Living Yoga Retreat! I was so incredibly inspired and felt so much love and connection with 90 other yogis! Being pregnant through the process was a tough but incredibly amazing learning experience!
