I started practicing yoga to add some stretch and balance into my life while juggling working in a highly demanding job in advertising as well as a Les Mills group fitness instructor. I truly discovered yoga and fell in love with Vinyasa Flow in 2013 when I moved to Australia and started practicing at Power Living Manly.
I found yoga incredibly healing and it helping while going through a tough time and decided to do my 200 hour teacher training with Power Living in 2017.
I teach from a place of authenticity; my students say they like my strong, powerful, sometimes challenging flow and to be given the opportunity to laugh, develop and ground themselves during my classes.

Honesty and authenticity – they allow us to be open, free and ok to expose our true self to others.
