I finished my first teacher training in 2013 in Tibet, where I went to refresh myself and re-start my life. I have been in the 500hr pathway with Power Living since 2016. Every time I am on my mat, I find my inner strengths and weaknesses, my peace and war and I learnt how to surrender and let go. The benefits of regular practice brought me back to life mindfully and powerfully. This understanding inspired me to share my experience with others and start my own business, Surya Fitness Spa at Bankstown. My classes are powerful, joyful and nurturing. You can practice with me in studio, at your own facility or online.
What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
My favourite Asana posture is head stand, which requires the collaboration between strength & balance. It not only gives me strength and internal rejuvenation but to teach me how to see life in revert way.
