I discovered yoga in April 2014. I remember it well as it was my 50th birthday and I had lost my way in terms of health and fitness. Yoga has changed much for me, while the power and grace of yoga and the unravelling continues to amaze. I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Power Living Wellington, and look forward bringing the power, peace, joy and love of yoga to as many people as possible.
What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II). I love the power, steadiness and grace of this pose, especially with your eyes closed.
What do you value most in others? Why?
Authenticity. I want to know the real you.
What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?
I would love to be a Sports Doctor working with professional athletes.
