I have a very diverse background in the health and fitness industry as well as in the medical field. My interest lies very much in achieving the best most authentic version of ourselves. From my PhD in Medicine to black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I believes that every day has a purpose and there shouldn’t ever be any regrets in life.
My passion for yoga started a few years ago when I had a knee injury. I stumbled into a yoga class that changed my life and from that moment on knew that it was something I wanted to share and teach. I witnessed a transformation, not only in myself but also in others who have been on this journey with me. Yoga offers so much more than just getting fit and strong. It allows healing, nurturing and an awakening of the best version of yourself.
I am also a mother to three daughters and when Im not busy being a mum I love studying as many things as possible as well as practicing yoga and Tae Kwon Do. Im also a qualified in Swedish massage, aromatherapy, Reiki level 2 and loves crystals!

If you could share a meal and a conversation with anyone, dead or alive, who would that be?
I would love to share a meal and a conversation with my ancestors as they are my heritage and as energy cannot not be created nor destroyed I have a feeling I would learn a lot about myself!
How would you describe your classes?
My classes are like a journey, a chapter book not really sure of where you jump in but you hopefully walk out lighter and happier.
