I started yoga over 20 years ago doing Hatha Yoga with Acharya in Pitt Street Sydney. Over the years I have explored Bikram yoga, Vinyasa, some Ashtanga and now Power Living Vinyasa. I started teaching while on deployment with the ADF as a Registered Nurse in Kabul, Afghanistan. The power of yoga to destress and create a community inspired me to become qualified as a teacher. On return I was thirsty for my own practice and found my spiritual home at Power Living. I like to inspire students to go to the edge of their practice.
