ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The ancient Yogis and Rishis understood that the human mind was both our greatest and most powerful asset, and also one of our most challenging obstacle in life. Around 2500 years ago the great Yogic Sage Patanjali, wrote possibly the most profound scripture on Yoga and Psychology called, “The Yoga Sutras”. These 196 sutras are one of the main focuses of in depth Yoga studies with students and practitioners in the world today.
In this workshop lead by Senior leading ParaYoga Teacher Brad Hay we will look at a few of the most relevant and practical principles and practice from the Yoga Sutras and give you a clearer understanding of what this ancient scripture is all about.
Brad is a world class ParaYoga and Meditation Teacher with a professional teaching career stretching over 20 years. He began teaching Hatha Yoga in 1999 and in 2003 completed Yoga Arts world-renowned 9 month full time training in Byron Bay with some of the country’s leading teachers.
