Drop it down a gear and unleash your body’s potential with a five week cyclists yoga course. Facilitator Chris Martin offers yoga to stretch and strengthen the cyclists body by bringing awareness to the breath, physical body and mind for an amplified cycling experience. Whether you’re a road, track, recreational, mountain or downhill cyclist, this course will enhance your performance on the bike with every pedal and breath.
Chris’s background is in elite Sports and education. In younger years he played SANFL Football for Woodville West Torrens, Rowed for SASI, played National League Water Polo and competed Nationally and Internationally as a Road Cyclist. He has coached sport for many years and is currently a High School Sports Coordinator and also teaches Physical Education and Geography.
Chris’s passions are family, yoga, education and cycling. Chris has Barkan Level 1 (200hour YTT) and Level 2 Yoga Teacher Training accreditations as well as Power Living (200hr TT) accreditation.
