Let’s get serious about our flow. In this workshop we’ll explore the fundamentals of the Vinyasa practice. This workshop will teach you all there is to know about the Power Living sequence and will set you up for a safe, strong flow.

  • ˜  We’ll introduce the five principles of the Power Living asana practice; including bandha, breath and awareness
  • ˜  Get to grips with Tadasana alignment and how to use this through every yoga pose
  • ˜  Learn in a unique and safe environment – you’ll have the space to integrate the learning into the physical bodyand work through any challenges or questions in a small group environment
  • ˜  All levels welcome.This workshop is essential for anyone within their first three months of practice and is a great refresher for the seasoned yogi
  • ˜  Come PLAY, learn and have fun!


About Gina

Gina is so full of passion and joy to share her love of yoga and meditation with the community at Power Living and beyond. She is a pilates instructor and has had her own business, Radiant Awakening Kundalini and Pilates Center in Neutral Bay and Mosman, Sydney from 2010-2013. During that time Gina found Power Living Yoga and completely fell in love with the practice and the community. The Power Living style was the perfect practice to bridge the gap she had been looking for.
