ABOUT THE EVENT
So often we get lost in perfecting the poses that the practice becomes a semi-stagnant series of investing in one pose, then moving on to another pose and only THEN getting reinvested in the practice. This workshop will focus on the space between poses and how to genuinely tie the entire practice together to become a continual evolution of movement.
This of course benefits the asana practice, but it will also affect the mental side of the practice, where you realise that life, essentially, is a continual transition, and an emphasis on transitions in the practice of asana can directly have impact on how we move through life.
