Where can we draw inspiration for our yoga practice? And who can we turn to for advice? In India, these questions have often been answered in the form of the Bhagavad Gita, one of the foundational texts of the yoga tradition. Written in a simple style, yet profound; inspiring, yet practical, the Gita has shown for generations of yogis and seekers the key to the integration of yoga into our daily lives.
