ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Drawing from time honoured teachings such as the Bhagavad Gita, Ramayan, Shrimad Bhagawatam, and the Vedas; this 10 hour course with Swami Govindananda will outline the main principles of yoga philosophy, the big picture of life, and the importance and purpose of meditation. This will give you a greater sense of purpose and understanding of your inner self and of the world around you; knowledge which goes right to the heart of your being.
All sessions in this course will include a talk, interactive session, and meditation. We advise to contemplate and take notes during the breaks, at home, and throughout the sessions to gain maximum benefit.

About Swami Govindananda (Swamiji)
