Rosie is a yoga teacher and mental health worker with a fascination in the mind-body connection. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Power Living in 2018 and her 300hr Advanced Vinyasa Training with Duncan Parviainen 2019. Rosie has an undergraduate degree in Social Science (Psychology) and Honours in Applied Science (Psychology) through RMIT University.
