An effective meditation practice allows us to interact with all the demands of a busy life by managing the stress, anxiety and fear that manifest in our minds and our bodies. There are many things in life that are beyond our control – but we can learn to master our reactions and take responsibility for our own states of mind and repattern them for the better.
Meditation teaches us mastery over the thinking & reacting. It is the practice of creating & connected to the stillness within so that we re- train the habits of the mind to healthier, more balanced ways of moving through life with grace.
About Blair Hughes
Over the last eight years, Blair completed over 700 hours of yoga teaching training with Power Living, Simon Borg-Olivier, Baron Baptiste and Cameron Shayne, along with advanced workshops with in uential teachers such as Richard Freeman, David Swanson, Les Leventhal, and many others.
During this time, Blair also completed Exercise and Holistic Lifestyle coaching with the Chek Institute, San Diego and Performance & Results coaching with the Academy of Wealth and Achievement, Los Angeles. His greatest passion is to share his journey and move people towards discovering their purpose and unveiling their gifts and talents. His classes are challenging but playful with an intention to leave you feeling grounded and empowered.
