ABOUT THE EVENT
Join Ruby and guest Chinese Medicine Practitioner,Rebecca for this blissful,three-hour winter yin workshop.Yin and yang are two opposing energies that work together to create perfect harmony. Understanding the difference between your yin and yang tissues and creating a routine which complements them will lead to a more balanced life.
Winter is an important season for rejuvenation and renewal, an opportunity to connect to your deep centre; yet we so often resist this natural cycle. In this workshop, we’ll explore how a gentle approach to opening your body provides an amazing balance to offset the more vigorous styles of yoga and enjoy this deeply yin time of year.
Improve your physical and mental health by stimulating a freer flowing energetic irrigation system channelling energy (chi) to all the thirsty organs in the body. Remove the stagnation of energy that causes suffering and move towards a more comfortable life free of aches and pains.
