Commencing Yoga studies in 1999, Sol practiced Ashtanga Yoga with David and Simi Roche and Hatha and Shadow Yoga with Gary Cook. He continued practicing in varied forms appreciating the powerful healing yoga provides. Arriving at Power Living in 2006, Sol found his spiritual home amongst a generous spirited, contemporary yoga community. Completing his teacher training certification with Power Living, Sol joined the Power Living crew in 2007. He is now a lead facilitator and the Training and Development Manager for Power Living Australia.
