Join us in this evening of sound healing, vibrations and inspiring music. Allow your body to rest, you mind to find silence and connect with a deeper dimension of yourself through sound. Sound is a subtle vibration present everyday through our entire life capable of tuning and harmonizing the energetic field of our bodies, relax the nervous system and help us to release physical discomfort.
The human body is like an orchestra where everything has to be in tune to create the proper harmonious performance. As a multi instrumental musician Claudio has been in contact with many sounds and music through his life, from Western Classical music to Eastern and ancient instruments. On his path, he recognized the power of special sound healing tools such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs Bells, Tuning Forks, Mantra and Native instruments that became part of his life and practice. He learnt the art of Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gong direct from a master and healer in Kathmandu Nepal and has been integrating elements to his group and personal sessions helping people to get back on track, find balance, rest, and relax.
The session develops with a centering meditation, creating a proper space for internalizing your senses and finding your body and breath. You can stay sitting or lay back in any comfortable position that allows you to relax. Many benefits can arise from this session, first the body enters to a state of deep relaxation, where many physiological processes activate to restore the flow of energy, detoxify and regain balance.
On the mental plane, the sound helps you to take a break from the constant overthinking, planning, judging and comparing mind by just listening with a light awareness. On a spiritual level, Sound becomes an open door for you to take the journey within, explore depths going beyond thoughts, emotions and sensations and find answers or insights of awareness and consciousness within yourself.
