Trying to work out how to freestand your handstand? Whether you want to handstand like you once did as a kid or to perfect a current practice, this 6 week course is for you. Taught by Gina Brescianini, get ready to prepare, strengthen and condition the body for a happy handstand.
Expect to target core strength, mobility exercises, psoas conditioning and more to create the necessary foundations to master and refine your handstand away from the wall.
This is a physically strong and challenging course and isn’t suitable for those who are pregnant, nursing injuries or who are not in athletic physical condition.
Gina is so full of passion and joy to share her love of yoga and meditation with the community at Power Living and beyond. She is a pilates instructor and has had her own business, Radiant Awakening Kundalini and Pilates Center in Neutral Bay and Mosman, Sydney from 2010-2013. During that time Gina found Power Living Yoga and completely fell in love with the practice and the community. The Power Living style was the perfect practice to bridge the gap she had been looking for.
