Our Foundations of Yoga workshops take you through the core elements of practice: asana, pranayama and/or meditation. They are invaluable introductions for beginners and a vital returning to the basics for advanced students. This workshop will teach you everything you need to know to set you up for a safe, strong flow.
Troy Abraham is a senior Yoga Facilitator at Power Living. His aim is to empower his students to use yoga as a tool for discovering the most connected versions of themselves. With 10 years teaching experience, resulting in over 15,000 hours in the classroom, Troy has benefited from travelling and being mentored by his teacher, Baron Baptiste for 3 years.
