Join the run club and get your joggers on!
In the lead up to the Melbourne Marathon Festival on Sunday October 13th, we’ll be hitting the pavement for a fun and social run each Wednesday eve for six weeks. Learn good running technique and tips on keeping your body in shape as the kilometers increase.
ALL experiences welcome whether you plan to do the event or not.
Dates: Every week – Wednesdays, September 4th – October 9th
Time: 6:30pm at the studio – we’ll head out for a run from here.
Cool Down: Yin at 7:45pm
