This is a 4-week, group-coaching program created to close out your year with powerful, clear direction. Most of us make promises to ourselves that for many reasons we are unable to keep. During this 4-week series you will be given tools to create goals that are truly aligned with the person you want to be and the life you want to live. From there, you will set yourself weekly actions to move you closer towards each of your three goals. With Kemi as your coach and your fellow participants supporting you the whole way, you will be amazed at how much you can achieve and how quickly things can transform.
Kemi Nekvapil is a life-coach who has worked in the wellbeing space for more than 20 years. She has pioneered raw food in Australia, trained as a yoga teacher in India, runs retreats in Australia and Bali, speaks on the international stage and runs a global coaching practice.
As a coach she is not afraid to ask the hard questions so that her clients and audiences can experience more self-nourishment, self-love and personal empowerment. By creating a safe space where people can explore their lifestyle decisions, Kemi partners with each person so that they can create and live their own version of a deeply fulfilling and nourished life.
