Metta or Loving Kindness meditation is a beautiful, brave and sometimes confronting practice that awakens the heart to love.
Taught 2500 years ago by the Buddha as an antidote to fear, the practice enables us to not only connect deeply to our intrinsic goodness but to ultimately foster a wise and inclusive love for those around us; friends, strangers and those that have hurt us. This practice is the first workshop of a four-part series on Awakening the heart, known as the Brahma Viharas (the divine feelings.) All four workshop will be held at Power Living Adelaide this year.
Presented by A—SPACE co-founder, and renowned meditation teacher, Manoj Dias, this workshop will include yoga, meditation practice and discussion.
