Jase Te Patu is co-owner of Power Living Yoga in Wellington, winner of the coveted Studio Facility of the Year at the NZ Exercise Industry Awards 2017. He is a fierce advocate for mental health and mindfulness in New Zealand. His M3 Mindfulness programme for primary school children was created to combat the alarming rate of suicide across the board in Aotearoa.
