About Eliza Giles
Eliza has been a practitioner and teacher of Meditation for over a decade now and has seen the mental, physical and spiritual benefits gained thorough the practice both in her personal experience and in her students’ application. Originally trained under master Swami Sudhir in India, she has since studied the linages of Vedic, Buddhist and Tantric meditation with a strong influence from her teacher Dr Lorin Roche and the texts of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. Her depth of scientific understanding of the meditation process and its effects pared with her wide knowledge of the spiritual teachings provides the space to build a strong foundation in a practice that meets the needs of individual.
