This one’s for the Power Living grommets! We’re hosting a kids yoga class so your little yogis can come and have some fun on the mat while you get an hour of ‘me time’. Yoga for children is an amazing way for them to explore their abilities through movement and creative play. Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and games, children are able to explore their imagination in a fun, safe environment.
We’ll explore games encouraging positive social interaction, creative breaths which allow a calm, relaxed body & mind, and poses allowing children to gain body awareness and flexibility. The class involves movement, relaxation and a whole lot of fun! For kids aged 4 – 12 years.
