Kidasana: This one’s for the Power Living grommets! We’re hosting two yoga classes, so your little yogis can come and have some fun on the mat while you get an hour of ‘me time’. Yoga for children is an amazing way for them to explore their abilities through movement and creative play.
Through yoga poses, breathing techniques and games, children are able to explore their imagination in a fun, safe environment. We’ll explore games encouraging positive social interaction, create breathing techniques which allow a calm, relaxed body and mind, allowing children to gain body awareness and flexibility. We’ll explore movement, relaxation and have a whole lot of fun!

Originally from Massachusetts, Courtney Nault has been travelling since 2008, currently calling Manly home. As her for yoga practice, yoga happened to Courtney by accident, pretty much like all of the things she loves in her life. She was always active growing up, participating in sports for every season. Courtney joined her first yoga class because it was offered at the correct time at a gym in San Diego. From there she tried different styles in different parts of the world. Vinyasa spoke to her body instantly allowing movement to flow through the direction of her teachers. Teacher Training with Power Living was a natural progression in her personal practice and sharing her love of movement with others brings her so much joy.
The practice of yoga works at a physical, mental and emotional level and may be rewarding and challenging. We invite you to take care and we always recommend that you participate only to a level where you feel safe and comfortable.
