Join Eduardo Sacco Caprotti for this edition of Intelligent Bodies to explore the concept of rhythm and coordination and how it relates to living. Eduardo is a sport scientist, physical trainer and movement specialist who’s most recent passion is the ‘Fighting Monkey practice’. He approaches physical training with a playful mindset and focuses on movement patterns. In this session you’ll learn how rhythm and coordination is a component of motion and how the training of this can affect our everyday life. Expect to be challenged and to leave smiling.
