This month’s Intelligent Bodies talk is on women’s health topics and will be led by women’s health physiotherapist and Power Living yoga facilitator Amanda Cao. We’ll break some of the taboos and discuss issues that affect most women in their lifetime including pelvic floor health, overactive vs. under-active pelvic floor, incontinence and common misconceptions and pre/post natal care. We will discuss the advantages / disadvantages of yoni eggs, daily strategies for pelvic floor health, and talk about what can be self-treated, and what requires further assessment by a women’s health physio or specialist.
