This time of year can be fun, chaotic, energising, and a challenge to keep your head above water. At times we need an internal lift, something that brings us back to ourselves, reenergises us and gives us a boost.
Which is why this meditation is a chance to sit down and give yourself a present. In this class, Craig Behenna will teach a meditation practice specifically aimed at calming, relaxing and warming your heart and body. It includes a relaxation and visualisation technique that goes back through Buddhist traditions and has its origins in the traditional Hindu meditation techniques.

Craig began his meditation practice in France while on retreat at Plum Village, home to master mediation teacher Thich Nhat Hahn. He studied in the Plum Village tradition, has been a resident at the Zen Center of Los Angeles and qualified as a meditation and mindfulness teacher with UK Zen master Julian Daizan Skinner Roshi through his school, Zenways.
