In this 3-hour workshop we will investigate a multitude of aspects that allow us to hold a safe and stable handstand.
Ben completed his 200hr teaching training with Power Living in 2014 and is passionate about sharing this practice with as many people as possible. He has undertaken additional education and training with Duncan Peak, Adam Whiting, Patrick Beach and Carling Harps. Ben teaches a dynamic vinyasa focused on fluid movement designed to safely challenge your body and spark curiosity in your mind as you move through shapes and expressions.
