This two-hour masterclass will bring a sense of fluidity and focus into your practice. Weaving together pranayama (breath work), qi gong, vinyasa and meditation, we will emphasise smoothing out the edges of our movement and paying close attention to how and where we place our body. As the intensity of flow increases, the fluid transitions will become key and we will learn how the space between each pose is just as important as the pose itself. As we wind down, we’ll drop into a space of yin and then meditation to leave you with a new level of presence in your daily life.
