ABOUT THE COURSE
The Flight School Handstands course is all about getting upside down… And staying there!
Over the 5 week course we will focus on consistent training and development working towards mastering straight arm balancing, and in particular the granddaddy of inversions: Adho Mukha Vrksasana (aka handstand).
This is a small group course designed for yogis looking to focus on practicing the strength and body awareness required to work up to advanced arm balances. It will include lots of focused acrobatic strength and conditioning work alongside more familiar vinyasa. There’s limited spaces so get in quick and learn to fly!
Prerequisites: Yogis want to be comfortable kicking upside down against a wall and holding a stable crow pose.
Details: 5 Week Course: 8 June – 6 July / Saturdays 11:15am-12:30pm
