Family yoga really is for everyone, no one to young – no one too old. No previous yoga experience is required, but a willingness to have fun is a must!
We mix up the mindfulness, asana practice + breathing exercises with lots of games and light heartedness.
Family Yoga is an all inclusive environment and everybody works from their own abilities, but a good workout and some healthy strength and flexibility is all on offer.
This is a family event at Power Living: kids (5-10 year olds), mums & dads, and the wider family or friends. Light refreshments will be provided after class.
With over ten years of yoga experience and formal training done in Sweden, India and Australia, Pia’s major life-passion is to share the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
For Pia, yoga is well and truly integrated into her life. Being a busy mother of three children, yoga is her sanctuary and she feels a regular practise allows her to come back to her self. It is the endless aspect of self-discovery that keeps her hooked.
With a commanding presence yet a light heartedness, Pia creates a supportive space for everyone to explore the physical, mental and spiritual fields within each individual.
