Immerse yourself in 30 days of personal practice. Go deeper into meditation and pranayama and develop a holistic and sustainable yoga practice.
Deepen your practice and develop your own physical, mental and spiritual habits during this 30-day course.
We will focus on:
– 30 days of yoga (Asana).
– Meditation and breathing techniques to help guide you through 30-days and beyond.
– Guided self-inquiry, giving you an opportunity to share with others in the group and integrate your learnings for ongoing change.
Finally, we celebrate! At the end of the 30-days, we come together as a community in a closing ceremony.
At the end of the 30-days, you will come away from this personal program with a ritualistic practice that can become a habit. You will feel competent to practice meditation and pranayama, and connected to your community and fellow students!
