About Troy Abraham
Troy Abraham is certified to teach the 1 Giant Mind Learn to Meditate course and is a senior Yoga Facilitator at Power Living. His aim is to empower his students to use yoga as a tool for discovering the most connected versions of themselves. With 10 years teaching experience, resulting in over 15,000 hours in the classroom, Troy has benefited from travelling and being mentored by his teacher, Baron Baptiste for 3 years.
