ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
As we grow older, we find ourselves drawing inward, protecting our ego and self from outside influences. This inward focus can promote a tightening of the front body and a lack of strength in the back body. Finding an outlet, or an outward expression through back bending postures can reverse these effects. Come and explore liberating backbends, opening your heart, mind and front body to what is possible and strengthening your back body, learning from what has passed and is behind you. Open to all levels of athletic practitioners.
