Yin Yoga Workshop with Truth Robinson
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the practice of Yin Yoga are undeniably connected. Join Truth Robinson, Doctor of TCM and our resident Yin Yoga senior facilitator, as he leads you through the connections in a tangible and meaningful way. In this workshop, come discover the secrets of the San Bao (Three Treasures): Jing (vital essence), Qi (subtle breath and energy) and Shen (spirit). Feel these elements come alive in theory and then as you explore your body, mind and the energy flowing through you through a blissful yin yoga class. Over the three hours, you’ll gain new understandings of how to view yourself as a holistic being: through new awareness around the actions that can cause imbalances and the ways to realign the body for your own wellbeing. With the perfect balance of theory and practice, you’ll leave refreshed and inspired.
Truth is an Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine. A Lead Facilitator at Power Living, he teaches across our Sydney studios and facilitates on our Level 1 and Level 2 Yin Yoga Trainings as part of our advanced education pathway. Truth has undergone extensive yoga studies and training across India, Thailand and the UK.
