ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Join Michael James Wong for a Katonah Yoga inspired practice where we’ll move the body through a series of postures that lock and unlock the freedom in the body. Throughout the practice, we’ll explore the theory and technique necessary to fold and unfold the 12 joints in our bodies in a way that opens the lungs, flushes the kidneys and enlivens our vision. This class will focus on binding and locking the body, and will have in depth focus on utilising props, blocks, straps and hands on-assisting to support the practice.
