ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Balancing is always happening, whether we are standing on feet, hands or both. Set to the backing of some sweet beats, this playful workshop will explore the preparatory game for nailing balancing poses. We will play with simple, safe variations that everyone can achieve, and even explore some techniques that will keep everyone on their toes. Expect to have some fun, to fall a little and to come away with more confidence in your upside down and feet-off-floor game.
Troy’s teaching style is smooth and powerful, with a strong emphasis on connecting with the primal energy of breath. His aim is to empower his students to use yoga as a tool for discovering the most connected versions of themselves. With 10 years teaching experience, resulting in over 15,000 hours in the classroom, Troy has benefited from travelling and being mentored by his teacher, Baron Baptiste for 3 years.
