These workshops will be an exciting exploration of the Awakening Yoga practice. Join Patrick as he leads you through a two part journey of his signature Awakening Yoga Sequence whilst looking at elements of breath, alignment, strength and safety. 

Awakening Yoga is rooted in Hatha vinyasa yoga, a melding of homage to the traditional practice with a functional approach to asana for today’s world, bodies and minds.

Explore the Awakening Yoga sequence with its creator, Patrick Beach. As you immerse in the flow, expect to draw awareness to elements of breath, alignment, strength and safety.

These Masterclasses introduces the foundational Awakening Yoga Vinyasa concepts & principle sequences in long format with an emphasis on Sun Salutations & the Vinyasa.

Let the practice meet you wherever you are. These workshops are fun, informative and open to all levels of students. 

They also sit within the 25HR extended course of the same weekend Awakening Yoga Teacher Training.

Meet Patrick

Patrick Beach teaches Awakening Yoga, a vigorous and fluid vinyasa yoga practice that builds strength, creates flexibility and inspires play. Patrick’s teaching goes beyond intelligent alignment; moving any willing student to an introspective, holistic experience. 

Patrick is based in Seattle, Washington owns Commune Yoga Studio and travels the world leading classes, workshops, and teacher training programs. Named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Yoga Teachers by Greatist & Sonima Live, his strong presence has allowed him to share yoga internationally via his work with international brands Alo Yoga, H&M, and as Global Yoga Ambassador to Virgin Active. Patrick stays connected with students through online fitness platform Alo Moves and prominent features in The London Times, Cosmopolitan UK, People Magazine, and other publications.
