For a lot of us, life feels out of our control; something that just ‘happens’ to us. Trying to manage our health, relationships and careers in a world that demands more and more of us is often overwhelming. At times stress, restless sleep and anxiety might even feel like the norm.
With our four week meditation and mindfulness program, we want to change this for you. Led by Manoj Dias, this program has been designed to focus on giving you the tools and techniques to understand your mind better, allowing you to be more present, confident and vibrant in work and everyday life. Throughout the four weeks we’ll introduce you to the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and provide you with the support to help you build a long-term, sustainable mindfulness practice.
Each week you will learn new techniques and be given the space and time to notice the events in your life that trigger you into living stressful or anxious states. Beyond this, you’ll also have the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with a group of like-minded people.
