Time to reset. This session will bring relaxation to your system equivalent to a mini holiday. A time to let go of stress and tightness. The first half will be a yin yoga session followed by acupuncture, bringing deep rest and restoration.

ABOUT GINA BRESCIANINI
Gina Brescianini is a Senior Yoga Facilitator. She was a soloist with The Australian Ballet for 10 years and has been featured as a Guest Artist in London, Barcelona, and New York. Between 2010 – 2013, Gina also became a kundalini yoga teacher, pilates instructor, and business owner of Kundalini and Pilates Centres in Neutral Bay and Mosman. During that time, she also found Power Living Yoga and fell in love with the practice and the community. The Power Living style was the perfect practice to bridge the gap she had been looking for. Gina has studied with Simon Park, Shiva Rea, and Sarah Powers (Insight Yoga) in styles Yin, Yang and meditation.
