Mel brings more than 20 years of teaching experience to her classes, holding a sacred space for people to inhabit their bodies fully. Yin with Mel is a chance to be yourself, just as you are and in a gentle, yet powerful way unravel trauma, experiences or disrupted qi. Mel McLaughlin from the ‘The yin space’ – has been practicing, teaching and experiencing all that yoga, meditation and pranayama have to offer since a lengthy sojourn in India 18yrs ago.Her training is ongoing with some of the worlds most respected teachers of yoga, energetics and bodywork currently including Yin yoga with Paul Grilley, and Acupuncture with Dr.Daniel Keown.
Mel believes and has personally experienced Yoga and meditation to be great tools to ground us against the stresses of everyday life, release trauma and re-align to our most natural creative joyous selves.
