We’ll kick things off with a rocking Vinyasa class so you can experience first-hand the power of the practice, then jump into the info session where we’ll explore the nitty gritty and what you’ll really get from the program.

Meet Troy Abraham

Troy’s teaching style is smooth and powerful, with a strong emphasis on connecting with the primal energy of breath. His aim is to empower his students to use yoga as a tool for discovering the most connected versions of themselves. With 10 years teaching experience, resulting in over 15,000 hours in the classroom, Troy has benefited from travelling and being mentored by his teacher, Baron Baptiste for 3 years.
