Yoga is more than just making shapes with your body. It is a complex and complete system of practices born thousands of years ago, refined across generations, styles, teachers and methods.
The three workshops in Pillars of the Practice explore three key areas of yoga: asana, pranayama and meditation.
Choose all three workshops and dive deep into your practice, or drop in just for one. Leave with a new understanding of what and why we do what we do on the mat.
Exploring the elements of an intelligent and strong vinyasa practice, we’ll look closely at the anatomy and physiology of the body and how to build your asana from a solid foundation.
