Training with Power Living and Duncan Peak in 2013, then Baron Baptiste in 2014 and again in 2015. Since 2014, Tamsin has completed over 500 hours of training in Vinyasa and Yin and more recently was certified as a Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher. With the intention of guiding students to become more in tune with their bodies, through physical connection of body and breath work, which leads students on a journey of self inquiry, whilst deepening connection to self, using the body as a tool for the mind. Tamsin’s classes weave in breath work, anatomy, creative and intelligent sequencing, and will deliver a flowing but dynamic practice – and guaranteed ……. it will be fun.
