The Modern Yogi Project is a 6 week program to help you integrate yoga as a way of life.
We’re inviting you to PAUSE > REFLECT > RECONNECT
For the 5th Modern Yogi Project in Adelaide we’ll be offering new focus areas and fields of study, giving you the opportunity to explore different dimensions of your practice and your self.
Week by week you’ll investigate deeper into the philosophy, psychology and practices of yoga and mindfulness. The project will ask you to look inside yourself for new insights, and get comfortable with the self-compassion required to invite in changes.
Essential to the process of transformation is a supportive and loving community to share the path with, and experienced guides who have travelled along it too. At the heart of the Modern Yogi Project is the shared experience of journeying together.
This project will be guided by Tessa Leon, assisted by Teresa Ho and with additional support from the full Power Living team. This project also features special guest Ayurvedic Therapist Jaccqueline Iles for diet and nutrition studies.
