Under the Dome – Live Powerfully To Help Those In Need

Duncan Peak, Matt Omo, Matt Ringrose and Edo Kahn, all under one (dome) roof for one epic event. ‘A Sound Life’ Dome is the first ‘for-purpose’ unique venue pop-up at Entertainment Quarter, only there for a limited time! You don’t want to miss this chance to check it out. Some of the biggest power houses in meditation, yoga, kirtan and sound healing will be brought together for one Sunday arvo session, filling the dome with the best vibes possible, and you’re invited!

Imagine yourself amongst a sea of positive energy and like-minded people, for a truly unique 3-hour event: powerful yoga flow by our very own Duncan Peak, incredible sound healing with Matt Omo, meditation by the much-loved Matt Ringrose, followed with joyful kirtan by the amazing Edo Kahn.

This playful, explorative journey will start with time to play around with acro yoga, wander around the Dome Marketplace, before settling in for the series of incredible teacher-led experiences.

This charity event is not only about raising good vibes, but also about raising donations for ‘A Sound Life’, an organisation committed to change 50,000 lives of people in need by 2020, through music and yoga. 100% of event ticket proceeds will go to ‘A Sound Life’. This is your opportunity to enjoy a beautiful Sunday arvo, whilst donating to an incredible cause!

About A Sound Life

A Sound Life (ASL) inspires people in need to improve their health and wellbeing with free yoga, music and mediation programs. Through community and corporate support, more than 200 ASL volunteers have delivered 1,700 programs across 40 facilities serving 23,700 people in just 4 years. ASL’s goal is to inspire the lives of 50,000 people through their programs by 2020. This year they have launched their new social enterprise – The Sound Life Dome in the heart of Sydney at the Entertainment Quarter. Every event held in the dome will help ASL deliver more yoga, music and meditation programs to people in need in hospitals, aged care and disability centres, women’s shelters, youth at risk and more.

Limited spots available, booking highly recommended. Book online or put your name down at the front desk.

“The practice of yoga works at a physical, mental and emotional level & may be rewarding and challenging. We invite you to take care and participate to a level that you feel most comfortable.”
